A sliding door separates this area from the living-sleeping area with a big double bed and comfortable sofa corner.
The sleeping sofa sleeps 1 to 2 persons additionally.

The modern bathroom features a double wash basin, bath tub and shower. The lavatory is extra.

The big balcony is facing to the south-west.
